Howzit! I’m Cor, your local neighborhood handyman in College Park, Orlando. I hail from South Africa originally.

I launched this business out of my passion for building and repairing things. Every project I undertake is approached with a positive, can-do attitude, paired with a strong sense of integrity inspired by Afrikaans values. This means I prioritize being on time, take pride in my craftsmanship, and commit to seeing each project through to completion. I especially enjoy tasks that require precision, a keen eye for detail, and a bit of creative flair. Cor has worked on many things to keep the old girl going – such as new railings, fixed/replaced my fence after the hurricane, customized my tiny closets, etc. (lots over the past few years). I was impressed by the fact that he uses CAD to show my exactly what he was going to do when he repaired and replaced a portion of my deck. He’s neat, meticulous, with good communication.
